TRADE-IN ALLOWANCES

KIDS BIKES – Up to one-third back. (only on coaster brake bikes in reasonably good condition)

ADULT BIKES – Fresh Bikes partners with two resources (Pro’s Closet and Bicycle Blue Book) for trading-in your mountain bikes that originally retailed for more than $1,000.00.  See our website for complete details and links to these resources.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

All warranties are handled and ultimately decided upon by the manufacturer of the product. Each manufacturer has their own specific protocol in place for these claims. These policies and protocols are listed in the owner’s manuals, packaging, and/or on the website of each manufacturer.  Labor is not covered on warranty claims in most cases.  Only parts are covered by the manufacturer on warranty claims.   

Fresh Bikes will always be happy to be your liaison in the submission of detailed warranty claim from any of our suppliers, but is not responsible for the final outcome. Fresh Bikes will not be responsible for replacing any warranty product from the store’s inventory unless authorized by the manufacturer with a return authorization claim number. 

Warranties processed on parts and bikes not purchased from Fresh Bikes will be subject to a warranty processing fee.  The processing fee is determined by the amount of time spent processing said warranty claims.  

RETURN POLICY

Our store policy does not allow for Refunds on Bicycles or Special Order Items. Our policy on Bicycle Part Exchanges and Refund Claims require the item to be in “new” “showroom floor” condition “Undamaged” and “Unridden.” All returns on Parts/Accessories must be made within seven days and they must be accompanied by the original receipt and packaging. All Special Orders AND Layaways are Final - No Exchanges or Refunds. 

• All clothing cannot be worn or washed and must have original tags. Shoes with mounted cleats cannot be returned regardless of fit. Any items, once installed on a bicycle, cannot be returned.
